Only ruined stonework remains but it is still impressive – Mellifont Abbey was the Motherhouse of all Cistercian Monasteries in Ireland where monks were trained to found their own monastery.

Day 6: Sightseeing Tour of Dublin, Visit Teeling Distillery and Whiskeywalk in the city
Follow us into the Irish Capital Dublin. Explore the city during a hop-on-hop-off tour and discover the famous Teeling Distillery. Join us after lunch for a Whiskey walk in the city
